Job Description  

Major Responsibilities:

• Responsible for equipment and process support to ensure high efficiency manufacturing running

• Creating documentation for equipment operation, maintenance and calibration

• Monitoring the process yield to ensure the good product quality

• Process integration to improve the manufacturing efficiency

• Monitoring equipment efficiency, OEE and make improvement

• Equipment program and process parameter optimization

• Cooperation with manufacture and QA for quality issue disposition and take related correction action, preventive action

• New technologies or equipment evaluation and qualification

• Support for customer audit to ensure there is no non-compliance

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree

• Familiar with Semiconductor process is preferred.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Good problem-solving skill and team work spirit
