Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare sales and service contract according and margin checking, according to quotation & service agreement, get the approval and company chop;
• Sale and service Order entry and PO draft release; purchasing planning for special project /production order/ safety stock of parts;
• Payment reminding and collection to customer; Invoice sending and support Sales to push the AR;
• Close communicate with production/purchasing to ensure timely and correct goods delivery;
• Coordinate with Warehouse & Logistics to arrange the delivery, according customer’s request;
• Collect / upload the CARGO RECEIPT/FAC /service report to SAP, to recognize the sales with finance dept.
• Daily follow and update the status of sales orders in “contract summary”; Monthly OE & Sales report, OTD report;
• Apply new master data to ERP, such as customer, material, price and supplier;
• All related documents archive in public files or by original copy, according to company’s policy;
• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree, majored in business/ international trade is preferred
• More than 8 - year working experiences in similiar roles
• Good MS office Skill, especially in Excel

• Experienced use of ERP (SAP, ERP, Oracle)  system
• Good communication skills, proactive attitude a good team player in corss department cooperation
• Customer service oriented, patience and good sense of responsibility
• Detail oriented and be able to handle multiple tasks
