Main tasks and responsibilities

- Achieve sales target in assigned territory or area by developing and improving the local distribution network;

发展和改善当地地区经销商网络，完成区域销售指标；

- Develop key accounts, OEM customers, EPC customers; expand sales of full range of ARI products in assigned area;

开发最终用户、OEM客户，工程公司，在区域内扩展ARI产品的销售范围；

- Further improving market reputation of ARI via setting up regular contacts with local design institutes and find business opportunities

通过和设计院建立良好关系，进一步提高ARI在市场上的声誉以及发现业务机会；

- Regular visit to all kinds of customers.

拜访各种类型客户；

- Ensure company sales policy being implemented in assigned scope;

确保在区域内公司的销售政策贯彻执行；

- Develop new customers and sales channels in assigned territory according to market development, customer potential and sales targets assigned;

根据市场的发展潜在客户和销售指标，在区域内发展新客户、开拓新的销售渠道；

- Provide necessary before/after sales service

提供必要的售前售后服务，如阀门选型、蒸汽系统设计、现场问题处理；

-Handle market intelligence in assigned territory, especially follow up customers' and competitors' activity and deliver relevant information to marketing department;

在区域内掌控市场情况，跟进客户和对手的动态，给相关信息传递给市场部门；

-Make sure to get the payment back on time.

确保货款及时收回。

-Make regular reports and attend meetings according to the management lines and company policy.

根据公司管理要求定期汇报工作，参加会议。

Qualification requirements

职位要求：

• About 5 -10 years sales experience in industrial product or systems sales role.

在工业产品或系统销售方面有5-10年的销售经验

• Bachelor Degree in engineering or other related industrial major, good technical background

工程或其他相关工业专业的学士学位，良好的技术背景

• Fluent in Mandarin and good English in writing skills.

流利的普通话和良好的英语写作能力

• Business experience of mechanical or instrument within a wide range of industries such as F&B, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Marine etc.

具有广泛的工业或机械行业经验，如食品饮料、化工、石油、天热气、船舶等。

• Oversea company working experiences especially of US or Europe;

具有外企工作经验，特别是在美国或欧洲公司的工作经验

• Excellent MS Office skills.

熟悉操作Office软件。
