Responsibility职责：

1、Explore business opportunity and develop new clients and Promote T-FIT products in assigned industries

(Pharma&Biopharma) and area-north China ；

负责T-FIT保温产品在指定行业（制药及生物制药）及北区内的推广工作,商机发掘以及新客户开发；

2、Set up working plan in terms of business development, and ensure the goals are met;

制定业务开发计划并确保达成目标；

3、Provide insulation solutions to customer, can do technical & product presentation

向客户提供专业的保温方案，能够向客户做技术与产品的演说；

4、Visit customers in a frequent manner and establish relationship with the concerneddepartments/people from

customer; attending fairs and collect clients information if needed.

拜访客户，并与相关部门人员建立紧密联系；必要时参加展会并收集客户信息；

5、Collect & provide market information incl market size, new market opportunity , competition, customer new project.,

etc.;

收集并提供市场信息，包括市场规模，竞争产品，新的市场机会，项目报备等；

6、Provide sales report to lead of sales includes sales revenue, AR, sales funnel, project list ,weekly actiom plan. etc.

提供主管销售报告，内容包括销售额，应收货款，新客户计划，行动计划等。

Qualification资格：

1、Bachelor/ college degree, More than 2 years work experience in sales or project management in

Pharma&Biopharma;

大专或以上学历，2年以上制药行业销售或项目管理经验；

2、Self-motivated, good team-work spirit ;

具备优秀的团队合作精神，能承受相当的工作压力，有较强的责任心及主动性；

3、Good communication and cooperation, can work independently;

较强的沟通协调能力，能独立完成相关工作；

4、Basic English skills with listening, speaking, reading and writing.

具有一定的英文听、说、读、写能力.
