首要职责

Primary Functions

通过指导操作工程达到部门目标

Supervise a project to achieve the department’s goals & objectives.

通过合理利用原料、设备和加工程序，来确保生产力的提高

Ensure proper utilization of materials, processes & equipment to improve productivity

确保产品符合交货期

Ensure the output meet delivery schedules

通过合理维护保养，使得停工期减少到最小。

Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, tooling & gages to minimize downtime

主要任务和职责

Main Duties & Responsibilities

负责通过所分配的机床进行试加工和样品加工，且保证其质量

Responsible for the quality of the Test Cuts / Demos produced by the assigned machine

负责技术中心和交钥匙展厅的对其所分配的机床进行定期检查与保养.

Responsible for regular inspection and upkeep of assigned machines in the Technical Center and Turnkey Showroom

负责对其分配的客户进行客户培训和问题解决和改善加工方法

Responsible for training & troubleshooting and improving processes for customers, when assigned

负责对机械、工件和测量设备的合理维护保养

Responsible for the proper care of equipment, tooling and gages

负责培训新员工，同时负责在职员工的新机床培训

Responsible for coaching new colleagues on the job & also retrain existing colleagues on new machines

负责制定工作计划来确保充足的材料，从而满足交货期

Responsible for preparing work schedules to ensure sufficient materials are available to meet delivery schedules for the projects assigned

协助顾问达到其所分配的任务

Guide specialist in achieving their assigned tasks

负责所分配机床的工作环境

Responsible for housekeeping within the surrounding assigned machine area

遵守公司的安全规则和章程

Abide by the company’s safety rules and regulations

执行公司所分配的任务

Carry out any other duties assigned by company

职位描述

Position Specification

教育背景: 至少大专学历，机械专业或制造生产工程专业

Qualification:Minimum ~ Diploma in Mechanical or Manufacturing or Production Engineering

工作经验 a) 懂得数控机床所有类型的基本操作

Experience : Knowledge in all types of CNC machines

b) 熟知CAD

Knowledge of CAD

c) 能够解决机床相关问题

Capable of trouble shooting machining related problems
