1. Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.

2. Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance.

3. Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.

4. Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy.

5. Design package requirement for suppliers and customers.

6. Coach employees.

7. Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status.

8. Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.

9. Coordinate activities with other departments.

任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above in logistics, supply chain management or business administration.

2. Min. 5 years' experience; Proven work experience as a warehouse supervisor is preferred.

3. Knowledge of SAP and MRP.

4. Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.

7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
