职位描述
Main responsibilities:
1. Monitor customer demand / forecast, planning / inventory. Ensure materials could meet customer order requirements.
2. Supervise inventory level. Lead actions to improve healthy stock ratio and inventory reduction.
3. Lead flow optimization projects, including VMI, Consignment, JIT, etc. Drive procurement lead-time reduction.
4. Follow NPI/EOL projects. Control and eliminate E&O in reasonable level.
5. Drive process efficiency improvement projects with digital capability.
6. Lead upstream planning team. Coach the team and improve the team competence.
Key requirements:
1. 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain upstream planning. High knowhow of material planning & inventory control.
2. Experience in SAP operations. Digital development skill is a plus.
3. Good leadership and communication skills.
4. Systematic problem-solving mindset.
