1. Brief Description

Why does the job/role exist 

This position will support the implement and support various logistics applications for internal / external customers.

This role is the contact for all of client, internal users and outsourcing IT service vendors on daily basis supports. 

This role is also responsible for logistics system enhancement, bug detecting, coding, system upgrade, system integrate testing, UAT, etc.

This position will support users to maximize APLL’s return on investment from IT systems and projects seeking to:

? A stable IT environment which is operational efficient & effective

? Projects should be well-managed, meet expectation within timeline & budget

? Satisfied customers with IT services align with business & Global IT directions

2. Key Result Areas

? Ensure software analysis, design, development, unit testing and system integration for projects, enhancement and support are done per IT policy and procedures.

? Hands-on support on WMS (Warehouse management system), TMS (Truck management system) and other logistics applications. Serve as a first level support to WMS /TMS. 

3. Key Accountabilities/Duties

? Provide effective & timely end-users support in a professional manner

? Experience in DevOps and RPA tools, VB Macro/Python/AA/Uipath

? Have impeccable follow-up with client calls, emails, and trainings.

? Respond professionally to urgent inbound phone calls.

? Identify and escalate priority issues.

? Research required information using available resources.

? Assess and customize on boarding strategy based on customer needs.

? Troubleshoot problems as a developers.

? Monitor and control numerous concurrent tasks.

? Work as a team with respect with continuous learning to keep pace with the transportation & IT industry

Desired competencies (nice to have) below:

-Knowledge in Oracle database is an advantage.

-Experience in software development and implementing C++ .NET/C#/JAVA will be advantages.

-Experience in front-end development and implementing HTML5、JS、JSON、XHTML、CSS3 will be advantages.
