Job Description

System engineer for fuel cell system development and application

1. Collect input for module design systematically and structurally from business stakeholders like customers. BoP partsmanagement, supplier validation review, SOR(State of require-ment) and release criteria definition.
2. Creation fuel cell engine sub module 3D-models, 2D-drawings and create BoM (Bill of Ma-terial). Create technicalcustomer documentation and installation guidelines.
3. ？Lead Problem Solving (8D). Lead design optimization in cooperation with FEA and valida-tion team.
4. Lead DFMA discussion with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality department, supplier etc. Define CC/SC (criticalcharacteristic/ special characteristic).
5. Support of prototype and series production manufacturing for new product.

Qualifications

1. Master degree or above in Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, electrochemical or equivalent
2. Good English (CET6) in both spoken and written for technical communications
3. Good team player, willing to learn and flexible adaption to dynamic environment
4. ？Electrical certificate preferred
5. IT: MS office, VBA/MATLAB preferred
6. ＞2 year experience in automotive Tier-1/2 suppliers company
7. Basic project management and team coordination competence
8. BEV or FCEV project experience preferred.
9. Functional safety development/application experience preferred
