岗位要求： 

 1、 有相关技能证书（（如高低压电工证、制冷证等），有商业物业管理、写字楼、高星级酒店服务者优先；

 2、 持有钳工证或焊工证、管工工作经验为佳，机电一体化专业优先录用； 

 3、 具备一般性墙面修理、油漆、木工、建筑和/或改建、石匠、水暖、电工、高压电工、设备维修、设备预防性维修和地面保养的知识和技能； 

 4、 有较强的责任心、执行力、团队合作精神和亲和力； 

 5、 主动性强，具备较强的客户服务意识、沟通协调能力及应急处理能力。   

 岗位描述：

 1、 执行公司各项管理规定，服从管理，遵守纪律，树立良好的服务意识； 

 2.  负责辖区内关于木、瓦、水、电、焊等方面的维修工作； 

 3.  及时完成指派的计划性工单要求的检查、维护、保养、修理工作；

 4.  负责消防、楼宇、配电、暖通等各系统的维保、修理工作。 

 5.  检修过程中严格执行各项安全规定，如断电挂牌上锁扥。 

 6.  对维修中无法处理或协调的问题上报主管指导。 

 7.  对所属责任区设备进行保养，并按照5S要求完成区域卫生工作。

 8.  执行应急方案，掌握发生灾害事故和设备运行故障时的紧急处理办法、熟练使用消防器材及报警装置，发生上述情况，必须立即上报主管／经理及工程值班人员；

 9.  完成运行主管安排或临时指派的其他工作。
