Major Responsibilities:

主要职责：

1. Ensure the healthy operation of the campus network, including Cisco maintaining network infrastructure, improving network operation quality, and maintaining network security. Ability to fully communicate with the heads of key departments, so that the construction of the campus network can continuously meet the development needs of the school.

保证校园网络的健康运行，包括维护思科网络基础设施，提升网络运行质量，维护网络安全。能够与关键部门各负责人充分交流沟通，使校园网络建设能够不断满足学校的发展需求。

2. Cooperate with IT headquarters to implement network project and server project.

配合实施IT总部的网络项目和服务器项目。

3. Responsible for the deployment maintenance and upgrade of various physical servers and Hyper-V virtual servers, regular data backup of file servers and maintenance of tape drives.

负责校园各类物理服务器和Hyper-V虚拟服务器的搭建、维护和升级，对文件服务器定期完成数据备份，维护磁带机设备。

4. Maintain PCs, telephones and printers for staff, Maintain IT related devices for all teachers and staff includes YWIEK. At least 2 days a week, the work location is in two Yew Wah Kindergartens.

为员工维护电脑、电话和打印机; 维护包括耀华幼儿园在内的老师和员工的教学设备。工作时间一周至少2天工作地点在两所耀华幼儿园。

5. In order to ensure the efficient operation of the technical department, IT engineer need to actively cooperate with other colleagues in the department to participate (but not limited to):

6. Create, migrate and maintain employee email account and O365 account

员工邮箱账号和O365账号的创建、迁移、维护

7. Make and modify technical department documents, including (but not limited to) technical department operation manuals, user guides, asset lists, licenses and agreements, etc.

编写并修改技术部文档，包括（但不限于）技术部操作手册，用户指南，资产列表，许可证和协议等；

8. Regularly communicate with the head of the technical department and report the network status and requirements.

和技术部主管定期进行密切的交流沟通，汇报网络状况及需求。

9. Other tasks arranged by the head of the technical department.

1. Help employees use various IT resources, including software and hardware for Windows and Mac;

2. Regularly do technical training on the internal network server of the department

3. Responsible for assisting in the work distribution of tickets in the ServiceDesk system, answering questions and handling related desktop issues

4. Responsible for part of the campus summer project assigned by the head of the technical department

负责技术部主管指派的部分校园暑期工程

5. Support other activities or projects of school

Requirements and Qualifications:

任职要求

1. Bachelor or above degrees, IT computing or related majors

本科及以上学历，IT计算或相关专业

2. 3+ years system administration experience

三年以上系统管理经验

3. English preferred

具备英语能力者优先

4. Professional skill and knowledge required

具备专业技能和知识，包括：

- In-depth knowledge of and experience with key network devices like Cisco Switch, Cisco ASA, Fortinet Firewall, Juniper, Netentsec, SANGFOR, VPN gateways etc.

对思科交换机、防火墙（ASA/Fortinet/Juniper等）、网康、深信服，vpn网关等核心网络设备有深入的了解和配置经验

- In-depth knowledge of and experience with Windows Server 2012 or above, Windows AD, MS exchange, MS SQL;

对Windows Server 2012或以上，Windows AD, MS exchange, MS SQL有深入的了解和经验

- In-depth knowledge of and experience with Micorsoft Hyper-V technology and VMWare

对微软的Hyper-V和VMWare虚拟服务器技术有深入的了解和经验

- In knowledge of and experience with major network server(AD/DHPC/DNS/WSUS) and storage technology

- In-depth knowledge of and experience with backup and recovery solution like BE
