Typical Duties

Cover daily operation and other assignments for 2 entities:

1.     Manage daily cash flow and provide daily cash flow forecast

2.     Monitor account balances, arrange funding transfer, and overnight deposit

3.     Assist obtaining bank quotation and executing bank borrowings according to approved monthly drawdown plan

4.     Prepare internal and external reports related to bank borrowing and bank deposit on timely basis

5.     Prepare monthly and quarterly regulatory reports assigned

6.     Verify Treasury payment and non-Treasury payment

7.     Verify vendor profile setting up in Citi-Direct

8.     Assist in bank signatory card & bank mandate update

9.     Derivative operations and related report

10.  Monthly closing support-IRS, accrual of interest income/expense/commitment fee

11.  Support forecast, budget, and business plan process

12.  Assist in Treasury Annual Procedure Review and Updates

13.  Conduct Lead BCP testing, participate annual MCRP attesting, annual DRIM review, and support misc. IC tests / reviews  

14.  Support GAO audit

15.  Other ad hoc Treasury tasks assigned by Manager

  

Qualification Requirement:  

1.   At least bachelor degree in finance or accounting major;

2.   At least 1~2 years working experience in finance or banking;

3.   Be familiar with bank account operations, foreign exchange and time deposit processing;

4.   Fluent English in written and oral;

5.   Solid skill in communication, and good team player;

6.   Good knowledge of PBOC & SAFE regulations;

7.   Good business acumen and mindset for serving customers;

8.   Curious mind, can-do attitude, and strong ownership;

9.   Capability to face challenges and tough situations, result-driven, and to work independently when required.
