Key ResponsibilitiesB

1.Being the Technical Contact for Test- and Design engineers at our customers

2.Translate customer requirements into product requirements Consultation of customers about our products

3.Consultation of our customers concerning the influence of changes on product cost and price

4.Consultation of manufacturing concerning products

5.Product definition for IAM

6.Support to productivity initiatives as outsourcing, etc.

7.Close cooperation with different departments (product and process eng. Test, sales, marketing, production etc) required

8.Act as a project leader from the start through product launch for customers

9.Comply with the safety and environment requirements and responsibilities

10.Win new business associate with sales

Qualifications

1.Bachelor degree needed

2.Experience in Automotive or supplier industry                                                 

3.Excellent knowledge of Friction and Brake Technology (manufacturing process and application)

4.Several years of experience with customers and suppliers; customer oriented personality

5.Excellent knowledge in English additional language skills preferred (German, French)

6.Excellent knowledge of PC-standard software, preferable further knowledge in SAP, CAD, etc.

7.Self-starter and capable of working independently

8.Effective communication skills

9.Desire to work in a team environment

10.Business Acumen
