We are an outdoor company that specializes in product line for snowboarding.

Everything we do started in the mountains. From getting the most out of every journey to chasing the snow around the globe, we’ve charged ahead to innovate the way people enjoy the outdoors since day one.

· Work closely with colorist at Burton Kunshan

· Own color approval timelines

· Follow up lab dips with various mills/trim suppliers

· Resolve all documentation related issues to expedite color approvals

· Manage bulk fabric library and history of previously approved carry over lab dips, prints, washes, and colors

· Delivers highly routine work and provides general information, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines, in a timely manner and meets deadlines appropriately

· Extracts, uploads, sorts, and compiles records/files; distributes according to department procedures or per request

· Update project trackers to ensure progress is accurately recorded and reported

· Develop and maintain good communication with the material team, suppliers, and developers

· General administrative work

· Perform other duties as needed to help support the overall business

Requirements:

· Product knowledge in the garment/apparel industry preferred

· 2+ years of administrative or office-related experience required

· Pay exceptional attention to detail

· Maintain excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask

· Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations

· Work as a strong team player understanding fast-paced, constantly changing, and deadline-process-driven environment with extremely time-sensitive procedures

· Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, sound PC skills such as MS words, excel, power point, strong self-motivation

· Fluent in written and spoken English

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma
