*  Main Responsibilities

1，Develop China IBC market to achieve the agreed budget.

2，Collect market information and competitor’s movement.

3，Keep close contact with potential customer and follow their potential project.

4，Responsible for sales & marketing strategy and budget planning, execution. 

5，Coordinate and integrate Group resources to promote the development of IBC supply chain solution.

6， Establish and complete equipment & customer service informatization process to lead the whole IBC team to progress.

7， Act as a coordinator, communicate amid Multilog team in Europe, local operation team and customer, in case there is any service failure.

* Daily Job

1，Collect market information, find and follow potential business.

2， Collect detail information of each new business development; study the Strength & Weakness in each case respectively. Establish and implement the action plan. Design and offer the equipment leasing and transport solution to the customer.

3， Visit customer and get their feedback on our performance. Coordinating with operation department to improve our performance in case of any problem.

4，Follow potential project, prepare proposal and update quotation to customer.

5， Decision maker in Multilog IBC China team 

6，Monthly report and annual budget confirmation, report to HQ in Hamburg, Europe every fortnight

*  Requirement 

1， Bachelor degree or above, with education background on chemical or logistics field

2， At least 6 years working experience on logistic field, more than 5 years working experience on chemical logistic field.

3， Familiar with domestic chemical; food-grade; pharmaceutical logistics market.

4， Wide scope of knowledge, understand the whole economic situation.

5，Good communication skill

6，Keen on market information and customer’s demand

7， Look into the details and encourage people by it.

8， Fluent in English speaking and writing
