一、岗位职责：

负责国内中海、华润、绿地、远洋、平安等各大开发商办公楼宇拓展工作；

负责与国内各大开发商项目团队前期接洽与关系维护，收集楼宇信息及销控数据；

负责收集整理对应租赁市场成交情况，编写调研报告；

负责定期更新开发商动态及项目销控数据；

全力协助团队做好资源数据管理工作；

配合团队推进项目比选、财务分析等工作，提供各项数据支持；

配合项目经理完成工作流程管理及系统填报工作；

配合项目经理完成租赁资料管理及相关工作；

配合完成团队交办的其他工作。

二、岗位要求：

2年以上相关经验，有商业代理五大行及大型开发商工作经验者优先；

金融、管理、财经、市场营销等相关专业，大学本科及以上学历；

具有代理行研究报告编写与数据分析统计经验及项目拓展能力；

能接受短期出差，有一定抗压能力；

具有良好的沟通协作与谈判能力；

具备责任心与职业操守，团队意识强，熟练操作办公系统软件。
