- Managing and liaising with property management service company管理及对接物业服务公司包括保安、保洁、绿化、维修 (including security, cleaning, gardener and technician)

- Managing and liaising with Medical service provider to ensure their work meeting our needs管理及对接外包医疗供应商，确保他们的工作满足校园对于医疗保障的需求

- Staff Accommodation Management 教师公寓管理（分配、管理、维修、运营）

- Training of logistics staff, regular meeting to promote the purpose of service, to improve everyone's awareness of services, to improve the quality of logistics services and work efficiency.加强后勤人员的思想教育，进行岗位技能培训，例会宣贯服务宗旨，提升大家为教学服务、为师生服务的思想意识，提高后勤服务的品质和工作的效率。

任职资格Requirements

1、 本科及以上学位Bachelor and above degree

2、 能基本使用英语工作（读、写）capable of using English as working language

3、 5年以上校园、物业或资产管理经验 5 years and above of property and assets management experience

4、 踏实认真，有责任感 Down to earth and hard working; sense of responsibility
