Responsibilities:

1. Manage GM’s daily agenda (including meeting, business trip etc.).

2. Interpret and translate accurately, completely and properly for GM.

3. Support GM to manage Company chop, GM signature chop and other online approval access.

4. Support GM to communicate with 1st line directors and follow up the assignments on 1st line from GM;

5. Support BoD meeting preparation.

6. Other assignments from GM.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above.

2. English major is must, Italian is a plus.

3. More than 3 years' applicable job experience in similar level and industry.

4. Have good skills and experience on software.

5. Have good personal traits such as patience, carefulness etc..

6. Have good communication skills.

7. Being smart and flexible.

Ltd. , Fiat Powertrain Technologies and Chongqing Heavy Vehicle (Group) Co., Ltd. The company was established in June 2007 and locates in CETZ, Chongqing .
