Responsibilites:

1. Attend Supplier kick off meeting, and finalize the bubble  drawing,gauge,inspection method for key characteristic and check list after serial production.

2. Monitor the timing of new project to make sure new project go smoothly before VC submit OTS samples.

3. Approve supplier's PPAP documents in trucentrix and keep the samples.

4. Work out incoming goods inspection specification.

5. After serial production claim supplier when deviation found, create concern and track the 8D progress.

6. R&R and supplier audit on surpplier site and track non-conformity until ther were closed completely.

7. Prepare regular report and monitor supplier’s performance.

Requirement:

- Bachelor on Engineering or machanical.

- Mechanical design and manufacturing automation, Quality tools / APQP / PPAP, SAP Knowledge on QA module; VDA6.3 or IATF 16949 certified.

- Experience in casting,stamping,plastic,rubber,standard part are better.

- Good English.
