一、岗位职责

1.负责公司欧洲热线电话、产品维修以及仓储物流的业务的服务实施；

2.指导国内客户使用订单管理系统；

3.负责海外仓客户订单跟进，物流派送异常问题的解决，跟进客户日常传单与仓库发货情况；

4.与欧洲海外仓团队进行发货、物流方面信息的沟通，提供良好客户服务，快速、准确回复和处理来自客户的疑难问题咨询和反馈；

5.客户结算及收款跟踪；

6.国内客户管理与维护；

7.总结反馈客诉异常与客户意见和建议，

8.完成其他上级交代的工作。

二、岗位要求

1.大专以上学历，基本的英语读写能力，有跨境电商海外仓或售后服务行业经验者优先

2.思路清晰，做事有条理，善于沟通，有良好的团队协同能力，具备良好的学习能力和适应能力；

3.学习能力强，能快速理解业务逻辑，并能以适当的方式向不同类型的客户做清楚的表述；

4.对WMS、API系统了解，能处理基本的系统对接。
