Wyeth Nutrition - CBEC

Location: Shanghai

1. Define and execute strategies and plans for the Channel/Key Accounts in line with business requirements and customers vision

2. Accountable and responsible to ensure achievement of agreed Key Accounts targets/KPIs. e.g. sell out, POS, market share, New user No. and key projects implementation

3. Define JD strategy and plan, and lead TP/Distributor implement the plan to maximize Nestle CBEC brands traffic and conversion in key EC touch point through right TA/product/communication/media/promotion matrix

4. Lead development of customer relationship including joint business planning/category plan and top customer engagement

1. 5 yrs+ KA management and 2 years+ EC experience

2. Understand Ecommerce, business development, CCSD and operation

3. Has demonstrated success in a number of diverse sales roles and business development roles.

4. Good communication and influence skill
