Title: New Retailing & Marketing Digital & Social intern

岗位：新媒体运营实习生

• Job Responsibilities:
• Identify COCCINELLE product feature and brand spirit;
• Draft WeChat moments copywriting related to brands and promotion plan for ELAND wechat mini-program store;
• Set-up Xiaohongshu KOC pool , liase with KOC on product seeding
• Liase with agency, manage brand social media platform i.e. WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu;
• Additional store marketing materials follow-up required by New Retailing marketing manager;
• Arrange vendors contract and finance payment procedure;
• Any other matters may be assigned from time to time;
• 岗位描述：
• 熟练掌握品牌产品知识，可正确描述产品特点及品牌诉求；
• 根据微信小程序店运营活动及营销计划，完成私域朋友圈文案发布、素材收集和定时推送，准确传递活动信息；
• 学习并执行圈层营销，联络小红书社交平台KOC，寻求植入合作；
• 根据确定运营大促活动和产品上新计划及季节/节日/热点话题，指导公关公司规划官方新媒体账号(包括微信/微博/小红书/抖音等)选题方向和内容排期，完成文案撰写、排版和发布，监测并优化新媒体账号运营数据，包括粉丝量、阅读量、分享量等；
• 落实跟进门店市场宣传物料到店；
• 处理供应商合同付款流程；
• 完成领导布置的其他任务；

• Job Requirements
• Working Venue: Shanghai; At least 3 working days/per week; At least 3 months’ internship
• CET-6 or above, College degree or above, major in marketing, PR communication, Journalism & Communication, the 4th year is preferred;
• Oriented in social media operation, good performer to be full-time staff
• Proficiency in Chinese writing and good at social media copywriting;
• Good command of English writing and reading;
• Interested in social media platform i.e. Weibo, WeChat, Xiaohongshu and good sense of fashion industry and trends is a plus;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, etc), Adobe Photoshop, Meitu Xiuxiu etc. is a plus;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill;
• Highly motivated, open minded and good team player;
• 岗位需求：

• 工作地点：上海，每周至少3天，实习期至少3个月；
• 英语6级，大专及以上学历，市场营销，新闻传播、公关广告等相关专业2021年大四毕业生优先考虑；
• 以社交媒体运营为培养方向，有转正机会；
• 拥有良好中英文阅读写作能力，思维活跃、性格开朗，有较强责任心，具备协调沟通能力和团队协作意识
• 对奢侈品时尚行业有强烈兴趣，熟悉微博，小红书抖音等社交媒体平台
• 熟练使用Office办公软件，会美图秀秀、Photoshop、Illustrator等设计软件优先考虑.

薪资福利：

• 实习工资：200元/天
• 工作日午餐补贴：20元/天
• 实习期满3个月开具实习证明
• 表现优秀可转正（KPI指标：KOC植入篇数，新媒体账号涨粉数、阅读量、转发数、点赞数、进店转化率）
