[WHO ARE WE]:Microsoft Customer Service Support Engineer 微软技术支持工程师
全球大中型企业级客户购买了Microsoft Products后,开发/运维/测试团队在使用或定制化开发时遇到无法解决的技术问题会提付费ticket到MS, 技术支持工程师通过电话/邮件/远程等形式进行troubleshooting, then provide technical solution.
Your Responsibilities
? Responsible for the customer support experience with Microsoft
? Own, troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues, using collaboration, troubleshooting best practices and transparency within and across teams (e.g. swarming)
? Identify cases that require escalation (either technically or strategically)
? Create and maintain incident management requests to product group/engineering group
? Contribute to case deflection initiatives, automation and other digital self-help assets to improve customer/ engineer experience
? Provide ramp activities, knowledge sharing, technical coaching and mentoring
? Drive technical collaboration & engagement outside of CSS (Product Engineering teams/Services/Support/Regions)
? Lead or participate in building communities with peer delivery roles; may be workload or specialty specific
Language Qualification
Mandarin Language: fluent in reading, writing and speaking. English Language: confident in reading, writing and speaking.
Required
Windows System Administration/Configuration, including a good basic understanding of:
? Registry
? File Storage
? User Accounts & Access Control
? Event Logs & Auditing
? Performance/Resource Monitor
? Networking (TCP/IP)
Experience in one or more of these areas desirable
Automated installation of Windows
User Profile management
Windows Update management
Kerberos and delegation
Bitlocker administration
Windows Shell configuration and management
Windows Activation/Licensing
Remote Desktop Services configuration and management
Clustering
Printing configuration and management
Resilient Storage technology (clustering, storage spaces)
Server management tools
Hyper-V management and VM deployment
Application installation and management
Windows backup and VSS
PowerShell scripting
Active Directory topology and management
Network Tracing and analysis
Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) deployment/management
Remote File Systems (SMB)
Group Policy management
DNS deployment/management
Troubleshooting hangs and crashes in Windows
Network Virtualisation (Hyper-V, SDN)
Troubleshooting performance issues using PerfMon and other tools
SOFT SKILLS
? Leadership - handle technically challenging and politically hot customer situations
? Strong communications skills - Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
? Effective, polished interaction with customer to gather information
? Demonstrable troubleshooting skills
? Cross-team collaboration
? Logical and Critical thinking
? Passion for technology and customer support
TECHNICAL SKILLS
? Knowledge of one or two of the following domains:
Operating System/Virtualization, Windows Cluster, Windows Backup, Networking, Storage.
? Familiarity with Hyper-V, Cluster, Storage, iSCSI
? Understanding of Virtualization concepts and virtual system administration
? Familiarity with networking concepts including IP, TCP, UDP, DNS, etc
? Familiarity with OS Internals concepts (Windows, Linux, etc)
? Familiarity with the following would be a plus:
o Backup solution
o SAN/NAS Storage
o Windows scripting and PowerShell
o Linux knowledge
o Active Directory, Performance and Security
