工作职责:

1. Work closely with business in order to deeply understand teams' organization structure, responsibilities and key business drivers. Leading recruiting program to meet the business manpower needs.

2. Have strong sourcing & executing ability to identify qualified candidates for hiring needs.

3. Be responsible for recruiting plan, strategy and reports.

4. Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager to complete the important market intelligence and talent mapping projects as needed.

任职资格:

1. Bachelor or above degree.

2. Have 5~10 years recruiting experience; Experience that gained from high-tech/electronics industry is highly preferred

3. Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates

4. Strong English & Chinese ability, both in spoken and written

5. Good OA system & office software skills
