Position: Program Manager
Report to: General Manager of Program Management, China
Location: Beijing or Shanghai

Key Responsibilities:
(1) Make sure customer satisfaction in conjunction with the achievement of program Quality, Cost and Delivery objectives, while ensuring profitability throughout the entire program lifecycle. Develop strong relationships and manage the ongoing negotiations with the customer.
(2) Build the initial Business Plan, define the Program investment scheme, and release investments in compliance with controlling procedures.
(3) Conduct Risk/Opportunity analyses, and develop and implement appropriate action plans.
(4) Arbitrate any conflicts with the customer on financial and/or technical issues.
(5) Launch and monitor the Program: track progress by updating Business Plan, Program Dashboard and Budget Reports, and by leading reviews of program steps and results.
(6) Organize communications throughout the program lifecycle.
(7) Ensure smooth program transfer from Engineering Centre to Production Plant.
(8) Staff, manage and co-ordinate a cross-functional program team (Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, engineering), and define team members' objectives and assignments.

Requirements:
(1) Bachelors degree, ideally in engineering
(2) Minimum 7 years of working experience in multinational automotive interior parts companies and with minimum 5 years of program management experience.
(3) Good at product specification of Interior soft trim and customer new product development procedure
(4) Strong communication and negotiation skills
(5) Solid conflict management skills, strong ability to prevent and solve conflicts
(6) Good knowledge of Program standards, tools and methods
(7) Fluent in German, English and Chinese
(8) Ability to establish, develop, lead and unite a team
(9) Problem solver, strategic and analytic capabilities, and good planning and organizing abilities
(10) PMP certification preferred
