一、岗位职责

1. 负责海外售后服务、海外仓的客户开发，挖掘中国品牌商使用海外本地热线电话、退换货处理、维修翻新服务，发展新客户，完成部门销售指标；
2. 负责搜集新客户的资料并进行电话沟通进行约访，开发新客户。
3. 协助客户完成系统操作及回款跟进，维护客户关系；
4. 管理维护客户关系以及客户间的建立长期战略合作计划；
5. 深入了解海外售后服务行业状况，并熟知行业内主要客户，识别和寻找目标潜在客户；
6. 能及时反馈市场情况
7. 完成其他上级交代的工作。                

二、职位要求：

1. 有跨境电商服务行业相关经验，擅长于客户沟通；举止得体，性格外向；有跨境电商客户资源优先录用；
2. 大专以上学历，有英语沟通能力（听说读写），专业不限
3. 对跨境电商感兴趣，有良好的市场嗅觉及数据分析能力；
4. 良好的语言表达及沟通能力；具备一定的客户开发能力；善于沟通，思维敏捷，有较强的亲和力；
5. 具有良好的沟通能力，抗压能力，逻辑思维能力，工作认真负责；团队意识好，服从工作安排管理；
6. 熟悉ERP及office办公软件

三、待遇福利

1.工资：底薪+业务提成5%
