ACCOUNTABILITY:
1. To implement Frame contract and Spot Purchasing especially for the general purchasing and professional service issue.

2. Purchasing Data Collection, Maintenance and Analysis (Purchasing Contract and supplier documents)

3. To support supplier management, including supplier admittance and evaluation

4. To support new supplier sourcing

5. Support price negotiations with opportunities to drive
short and long term cost reduction improvement.
6. Execute
daily activities according to requirements of management systems (inc. Quality,
HSE, ISO17020 etc.), ensure the performance aligned with management system.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent level.

2. Working experience: 5-8 years in Procurement experience

3. Good communication skills, strong stakeholder engagement and management.

4. Motivated, self-driven with a determination to succeed and the ability to manage change.

5. Work hard and be willing to take on challenges

6. Have a relatively high pressure capacity and time management capacity

7. Familiar with office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

8. English skills
