工作职责:

Organize departments to manage and refine equipment’s performance.

1. Advanced equipment improvement project driver and CIP team leader.

2. Design and development new tool, new parts & upgrading new functions.

3. Advanced mechanical design and development with Solidworks or AutoCAD

4. Electronics circuit design, analysis and PCB design.

5. Automation control, software development for Robot, RF power supply.

6. PLC control and system communication for RS232/485 earth link TCP/IP.

7. Give direction to solve equipment’s issues.

任职资格:

Requirement

- Master’s degree and above in science and engineering

- Working experience of 15-20 years in integrated circuit industry

- Computing skills

- Mechanical Design

- Electronic circuit analysis

- Leadership skills

- SPC (Statistical Process Control) theory and application

- DOE (Design of Experiment)

- KT problem solving methodology
