1. Make S&OP planning and lead S&OP meeting, analyze and monitor long term production capacities and bottlenecks.

2. New program logstics planning: work with program dept and customer, collect logistics data and transfer to planning team, coordinate logsitcs works related to new programe.

3. Logistics planning: lead logtics continuous improvement projects, perform value-stream analysis to improve logistics performance. Support standardization and optimization of logsitcs process to reduce cost and waste, including:

?      internal logistics: improve warehouse layout, line feeding and material handling process to optimize space unitlization and improve labor efficiency. Optimize warehouse configuration and operations.

?      external logistics: redcue transportation, package, warehousing cost and inventory by data analysis and leading continuous improvment projects.

?      Work experiences with SAP-PP-modules 

?      More than 5 year logistics planning experiences in automotive industry;

?      Familiar with S&OP, PFEP, lean tools.

?      Proficient in excel, PPT and data ananlysis.
