岗位职责：

• 定期准备生产部门的财务分析报表
• 处理财务报销工作及相关事宜
• 负责管理付款信息（发票，PO，付款通知单）并使用网银在线付款
• 根据销售提供的发票信息（发票抬头，订单）进行开票
• 发票审核
• 定期整理归档财务文件并录入SAP系统
• 打印凭证，整理上月原始凭证，装订成册保管入库
• 控制物料成本并进行差异分析，确保工厂支出遵循公司政策
• 与Capex项目负责人合作筹备审批，管理Capex项目的审批需求，确保及时完成审批流程。持续更新并跟进Capex的滚动支出预算，确保实际支出与月度预算一致。
• 根据内部控制政策，循环盘点存货，并对差异进行调整

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare regular finance analytic report for Supply Chain
• Handle expense reimbursement and related matters;
• Organize the payment information (invoice, PO, payment note) and make payment on the online bank;
• Process invoice issuance based on the invoicing information (invoices, orders) provided by sales;
• Invoice verification;
• Regularly sort out all documents and enter them into the SAP system;
• Print the voucher, sort out the original voucher of the previous month, and bind it into a book for storage;
• Material Costing control and variance analysis, ensure the plant spending is booked in accordance to the company policy;
• Manage Capex Project Approval Request preparation with project leader, and secure approval on a timely fashion. Capex spending rolling forecast spending update and tracking, ensure actual spending match with monthly forecast;
• Perform inventory cycle count arrangement per Internal Control policy, and to make adjustment on discrepancy

Job Requirements:

• College degree in Finance
• Can write email and can read finance report in English
• Ownership, can work positively and proactively
• Prefer plant finance experience
• Ability to communicate with local business operation team
