This is an IM&S Sourcing Engineer role reporting to the Procurement & Logistics Manager in the Business – Motion, Drive Products located in Beijing, China. You will be responsible to work more efficiently to exceed the agreed targets and give effective support for Related stakeholders and business needs together with colleagues.

- Working in RFx Management, issue quotation, information and/or proposal requests to identified Suppliers; being responsible of supplier selections to category portfolio in respect to the agreed strategy, negotiating suppliers cost reductions.
- Shopping Cart Processing based on guideline. Working on Indirect Material & Services (IM&S) PO follow up, sending PO, modifying, doing special PO follow up, working on monthly report, GRIR follow up.
- Maintaining Green catalog in system, working on Vendor Master Data, creating vendor, extending, changing, blocking/unblocking application.
- Working on contract approval request, submitting and following up /archiving. Giving contract expiration reminder to sourcing team.
- Working on Goods Receive (GR) Support, creating GR Post/Reverse in SAP. Giving payment submit support, working on down payment/urgent payment submit support.
- Working as SAP key user, setting PO auto sending, authorization request.
- Working as eP System admin, ensuring eP system works well and training end users, getting involved in EP daily trouble shooting.
- Being responsible for giving daily support to stakeholders, communicating with end users and eP users for all IM&S category, optimizing IM&S PO process.

- University degree, with business or engineering degree preferable.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Supply Chain Management.
- Good communication and project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver complex strategic initiatives.
- Proven financial and business acumen and capability in negotiation, change management and stakeholder management.
- Must be skilled at using office software, good at data analysis and reporting.
- Should have quick problem-solving skills, basic legal knowledge of relevant contract and business level fluency in English.
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Business negotiation skills and supplier performance evaluation experience is a plus.
