Job Responsibilities:

1. Identification of key trade events and publications/websites to target for company branding and market promotion.

2. Maintenance and creation of content for the Company’s WeChat Management and promotion on a regular basis according to schedules.

3. Development and maintenance of Company website, which entails vendor management for website development, etc.

4. To work with corporate global team to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with Haygrove group.

5. Maintenance of marketing content database and assistance to line manager in market research and analysis.

6.Update the yearly marketing calendar including but not limited to WeChat publication content and release dates; website article contens and release dates; design and production of physical marketing collateral for products; schedule for trade shows/expos; release of articles and adverstisements in trade publications, etc..

7. Other tasks or projects assigned by line manager.

Job Requirements:

1. Around 2 years of relevant experience in a local marketing agency/department for a multinational company

operating in the relevant industry(ies) in China.

2. Ability to identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategies based on company objectives and market trends.

3.Ability to manage external vendors effectively, negotiating pricing while providing clarity regarding deadlines and work scopes.

4. High sense of responsibility, positive working attitude, result-driven and client-orinted while able to work under multi-tasks.

5. Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, fluent in both English and mandarin.

6. Flexible and readinessto work in a challenging and dynamic learning environment.

7. Bachelor degree or above with relevant major in communicatons, marketing, biz management is a plus.
