Responsibilities:

1. Arrange all required tests, and ensure there is as less delay as possible;

2. Arrange internal and external customer reports, and ensure there is as less delay as possible;

3. Cooperate with supplier and other related Dept. for new equipment installation, plan the qualification and finish the qualification according schedule;

4. Set up, review and update all documents, ensure all of them are efficient and keep the harmonization with actual operation;

5. Finish required reports to superior as timely agreed without delay;

6. Optimize and improve test methods if possible related to quality and/or efficiecy increse with considering the cost topic;

7. Communicate and cooperate with Maintenance, Facility, IT and supplier for related maintenance and service;

8. Arrange the priority for urgent material; control the material life time, and ensure there is no delay or exhausted;

9. Arrange the priority for urgent production and customer special analysis, and ensure there is no delay;

10. Work and emphasize proffessional and objective communication to within lab and external lab employee;

11. Support lab external projects with best know how as assigned by superior;

12. Implement the cost saving topic into the daily work, well plan ressources ***/material/machine, avoid and improve inefficient processes;

13. Manage related technician attendance;

14. Check and monitor 5S implementation;

15. Ensure environmental and safety;

16. Train and qualify new technicians based on superior order.

Requirements:

1. Development and optimization of the test method to ensure the accuracy, stability and efficiency in the daily analysis method, and make fully usage of the Clab tools to minimize the delay of the production analysis. and Conversion and simplification of the supplier method or new process method based on lab’ present tool and capacity to fulfil the process qualification or process monitoring;

2. Mastering data analysis method of statistics using JMP/Minitab/EXCEL, to build up lab’s tool qualification, MSA and LTS, and to monitor lab’s tool stability, and furthermore , to ensure the process data’s accuracy, and provide necessary confidence to process data;

3. Grasp the maintenance, trouble shoot and spare part exchanging of clab tools, and give enough guide and training to lab technicians to ensure the operation of lab tools.
