岗位职责：

1、招聘：协助人事主管进行岗位需求沟通，招聘信息发布，简历筛选，并通过初步电话沟通进行人岗适配判断，推进约面；

2、员工关系：员工入离职手续办理，花名册更新，档案管理；

3、培训：协助组织完成培训前期工作，参与企业内训；
任职要求：
1、本科学历，人力资源相关专业优先；

2、热爱人力资源工作，对人力资源六大模块及三支柱模式有基本认识

3、良好的沟通能力及工作责任心；
4、每周至少能实习4天；
