职位描述
岗位职责：
1、根据公司中长期经营计划负责公司财务战略规划、财务计划、控制标准的制定与监督管理；
2、负责与金融机构，投资机构建立联系，全面规划融资项目，扩展融资渠道，对融资活动进行风险评估，指导，跟踪和全面风险管控；
3、建立、优化财务管理体系，统筹公司资金、税务、预算、会计核算及内控、信息化等日常财务管理工作，确保财务制度、流程的高效运转；
4、对公司经营状况、经营成果进行定期的财务分析，跟踪财务指标，挖掘经营问题、防范经营风险和金融风险；
5、建立完善的财务计划与分析及报告体系，全面反映公司经营状况，定期与内部沟通公司财务状况、有效性等。
任职资格：
1、全日制本科及以上学历，财务管理、会计学等相关专业；
2、具有5年以上财务管理工作经验，具有全面的财务专业知识及财务管理经验；
3、具有中级以上职称或者CPA、ACCA等相关财务证书，有四大会计事务所，上市公司及互联网平台工作经历优先考虑；
4、精通财务预算、财务分析、财务核算，税务筹划等财务管理工作，有敏锐的洞察力和数据感觉；
5、能控制企业财务风险，进行风险收益权衡，具有宏观分析规划能力，能够按照公司战略策划财务规划；
6、有过成功企业融资经验者优先考虑。

Relying on the global resoures of DKSH Market Expansion Services Group, the company focuses on supply chain services of products sourced from Australia, New Zealand and Japan Korea Europe based on a cross-border eCommerce bonded imports model. It also specializes in the introduction and expansion of overseas brands and Internet technology development, exploring and expanding marketing channels for overseas brands looking to enter the Chinese market. Besides, Tailixun also provides Chinese businesses with premium one-stop services throughout the supply chain of imported goods,covering sourcing, logistics, marketing, technology and after-sales services.

主要为跨境电商平台、天猫国际商家等电商平台提供从国外运输，国内保税区备货，保税仓储、并在订单产生时直接从保税仓通关、分拣包装并发货的一体化服务。
Cross-border eCommerce bonded imports model mainly provides such eCommerce platforms as cross-border eCommerce platforms,Tmall Global with integrated services covering transportation from abroad, preparation of goods, bonded warehousing, as well as customs clearance, product picking & packaging, and shipping directly from the bonded warehouses when orders are placed.
零库存一件代发
Zero-inventory drop shipping
“零库存一件代发”就是商家无需投入采购资金和囤货库存风险下，由泰立逊进行海外商品集采备货运输至国内海关监管保税区仓库，通过奕贝服务平台向海关备案并申报进入海关保税区。商家使用泰立逊研发的独立商城系统进行B2C销售，消费者通过B2C商城网购后产生的订单传送至泰立逊旗下奕贝服务平台，平台即向海关申报，实现自动化电子清关，清关成功后将根据订单分批运出保税仓并安排派送至消费者手中。
The model is implemented in the form of “bulk import and separate distribution. “Bulk import” refers to the process where goods imported in bulk can be filed for records and declared at the customs through JOUBEI Service Platform and enter the customs bonded zone. In the “separate distribution” process, cross-border eCommerce merchants will send the orders placed by online individual customers to JOUBEI Service Platform under Tailixun. Then the platform will immediately declare the goods at the customs to realize automatic electronic customs clearance. After customs clearance is done, the goods will be shipped out of the bonded warehouses in different batches according to the orders before being sent to consumers.
