Responsibility:

1.Supervises and participates in the preparation of various financial statements and reports
2.Monitoring cash flows and using the same to predict future financial trends
3.Prepares one-, three-, and five-year financial plans by collecting historical data, and Managing budgets
4.Developing management mechanism in the finances department for purposes of minimizing the financial risks
5.Managing the accounting and monitoring systems for the company’s finances
6.Developing good working relationships with professionals such as bankers, auditors or statutory organizations
7.Directs internal audits involving review of accounting and administrative controls
8.Directs the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, and operating expenses, and insurance records
9.Directs and participates in cost analyses and rate studies
10.Updating regarding changes in legislation or regulations that may affect business operation
11.Responsible for all financial reporting to local bureau, Snecma and Safran.
12.Apply the local accounting system as well as the IFRS accounting system if needed
13.Assure that the system is complaints with the local regulations , Safran’s regulations
14.Set up the necessaries procedure according EN 9100
15.Manage the staff appraisals, disciplining and career development.

Snecma Xinyi Airfoil Castings Co. Ltd., is a joint-venture created between Safran Aircraft Engines, a major entity of the French group SAFRAN and Guizhou Liyang Aerospace Power Co. Ltd. in 2006 with a registered capital of $ 9 million.

Located in Guiyang (Guizhou province), in the heart of the Jinyang Science and Technology Industrial Park and Guiyang High-Tech Industry Development Zone, the plant covers an area of 10,000 square meters, and more than 120 staff work at Safran Aircraft Engines Guiyang. It is a casting facility and it produces low-pressure turbine blades, nozzle guide vanes and low-pressure turbine seals for CFM56 and LEAP aircraft engines, also known as "the most successful engines in commercial aviation history".
