工作职责：
1.能成为公司浇铸工艺领域的技术带头人。
2.根据客户要求，可利用资源和质量保证体系，在相关部门的协作下制定、规范、更新工艺流程。
3.对公司的工艺标准（制定、规范、更新工艺流程标准）负责，并能对现有标准进行评判性的研究。
4.负责新产品开发，并进行相关测试，提交认证报告。
5.对所负责工艺的质量参数进行评定（工艺参数统计控制）。
6.和各部门紧密协作寻找潜在的工艺改进方式（提高质量、控制成本……）。
7.确保关键参数控制表的即时更新，在其它部门的协作下（如有需要）,制定行动计划，管理参数。
8.制定关于工艺流程的改进计划，并管理相关的行动，通过在整个过程中解决问题，以达到提高质量，节约成本，提升效率等目标。
9.在遇到重大技术问题时，能运用质量管理工具指导相关车间解决问题。
10.根据相关的要求（质量验证），对引入材料的检查报告作技术性的评判。
11.对操作员进行特殊操作的技术培训。
12.定期向经理提交所负责工艺的整体情况报告。
13.在新产品开发阶段，对所负责工艺技术领域，与客户交流新产品工艺问题并关注所有的技术问题。
14.向其它部门提供产品工业化、消耗改变、新产品开发、大规模质量问题出现时或所负责工艺项目所需的技术支持。
15.遵守公司的政策及工作流程。
16.按照HSE(健康安全环境部)的安全准则进行日常的工作。
Job description :
As process engineer you will be the technical specialist of the portion of the process for which you will be in charge.
Requirements:
- Master degree in casting, metallurgical or mechanical specialties
- Knowledge of the investment casting process
- Ability for project management
- Good command of SPC tools (Statistical Process Control), Problem solving methods and improvement tools
- Good command of English
- Responsible, rigorous, autonomous, team spirit Job responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Be the technical leader of the company for a portion of the casting process of the company
- Define, formalize and update with the support of the departments concerned the working instructions for the process in compliance with the customer requirements, the resources available and the "Quality Assurance Plan"
- Responsible of the " Process standard” of the company for the process concerned (define, formalize and update the technical process standards), is also able to make a critical study of the existing standards
- Pilot new investments and realize the relevant test and reports for validation
- Responsible of the overall quality rating of his process (Statistical Process Control aspects)
- Work closely with all the departments concerned of the company for the identification of the potential improvements of his process (quality, cost…)
- Insure that the update of the “key parameters control charts” is done and take actions to regulate the parameters with the support departments if needed
- Establish the improvement plan of his process scope and manage the relevant actions in order to reach the target of quality, cost, manufacturing time, etc… by using problem solving methods
- In a case of a major technical issue put in place and pilot a multidisciplinary workshop group and use quality resolution tools
- Give a technical sanction on the incoming material inspection reports based on the relevant requirements (validation by Quality)
- Provide technical trainings to the operators for specific operations
- Report periodically on the global situation of his process scope to his manager
- Communication with the customers during the development of the new products, and focus point of the company for all the technical issues of his process scope
- Provide technical expertise to the other departments in case of product industrializations, consumables changes, new investments, quality crisis or multidisciplinary project linked to his process
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures (ex. Quality Policy Manual, Procedures...)
- Responsible for adhering to all HSE required safety procedures in performing daily work activities
