职位描述:
1. 监管生产，以确保按时完成生产目标（保质保量，并控制成本，以及控制产品发货）
2. 监管生产用消耗材料及原材料的库存情况
3. 如生产要求，能协助进行资源协调，如人员、物料、设备及工装
4. 指导并管理员工，确保按时上班、认真工作及接受正确的工作指令
5. 通过与质量及工艺工程师合作，控制及改善工艺，承担改进生产的责任，并调查及解决质量问题
6. 与其他相关部门合作，改进团队效率
7. 与培训人员合作，负责员工技能的发展，并合理安排工作，确保培训
8. 具有团队管理能力，负责所有生产车间的工作情况及提高员工工作激情
职位要求:
1. 中专或以上学历
2. 至少2年以上的生产制造工作经验，最好能有管理方面的经验
3. 良好执行力和工作责任心
4. 具备基本的办公电脑操作技能
5. 最好懂英语
6. 最好能够了解2个或以上车间的运作，但不是必须的条件

Job Description:
1. Monitor production activities to ensure production quantity, quality, cost and timeline goals are achieved; It includes control of product to be delivered
2. Monitor the stock level of production consumables and raw materials
3. Assist to coordinate resources such as labor, material, equipments and tools to meet production requirements;
4. Guide and supervise employees to ensure they are at work on time, engaged in their assigned work tasks and receive adequate working direction;
5. Share responsibilities in continuous improvement of production by cooperating with process and quality engineers to control and improve process, and investigate and solve quality issues;
6. Cooperate with other teams/departments for cross team/department issues to improve team efficiency;
7. Share responsibilities in employee skill development by cooperating with department training coordinator and coordinating available resources to ensure training delivery;
8. Manage performance of the team and be responsible for overall motivation and performance of all production team members;

Requirements:
1. Technical degree or above;
2. At least 2 years manufacturing experiences, prefer have the management experiences.
3. Good execution and responsibility.
4. Have the general computer skill of office work.

Snecma Xinyi Airfoil Castings Co. Ltd., is a joint-venture created between Safran Aircraft Engines, a major entity of the French group SAFRAN and Guizhou Liyang Aerospace Power Co. Ltd. in 2006 with a registered capital of $ 9 million.

Located in Guiyang (Guizhou province), in the heart of the Jinyang Science and Technology Industrial Park and Guiyang High-Tech Industry Development Zone, the plant covers an area of 10,000 square meters, and more than 120 staff work at Safran Aircraft Engines Guiyang. It is a casting facility and it produces low-pressure turbine blades, nozzle guide vanes and low-pressure turbine seals for CFM56 and LEAP aircraft engines, also known as "the most successful engines in commercial aviation history".
