5.具有2年以上质量体系工程师工作经验。

工作职责：
1.建立、执行、沟通并维护质量计划，完善公司质量体系及政策以满足EN9100质量体系要求。
2.与相关部门经理协作，确定质量体系文件。
3.制定、修改质量文件（如质量手册、质量体系程序）。
4.收集国内外质量标准和法律法规进行及时更新。
5.计划、协调、管理ISO9001内部检测，建立检测报告，为纠正措施系统制定行为计划。
6.负责持续改进以完善公司的质量体系。
7.制定质量培训计划为公司建立质量知识体系。
8.纠正、分析企业关键过程指标体系（KPI），使用相关方法及工具分析系统运行情况，并对实施动作记录及跟踪以实现可持续发展。
Job description :
As Quality System Engineer you will be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the quality management system of the company.
Qualifications required :
1.Bachelor or Master Degree in Quality
2.Extensive knowledge of ISO9001 and quality related standards, the knowledge of the EN9100 standards will be also appreciated
3.Good command of problem solving methods and improvement tools
4.Ability for project management
5.Working experiences in a Quality department as a Quality System engineer (at least 2 years)
6.Preferred with a working experience in a large multinational manufacturing company
7. Fluent in English
8.Responsible, rigorous, autonomous, team spirit
Job responsibilities:
1.Establish, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company’s Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with the EN9100 quality standard requirements
2.Define the quality procedures in coordination with the operating department managers
3.Create and maintain company quality documentation (quality manuals, quality procedures, etc…)
4.Survey of the national and international quality standards and legislation evolutions and updates
5.Plan, coordinate, and manage ISO 9001 internal audit activities, establish the audits finding reports and pilot the action plan under a formal corrective action system,
6.Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system of the company
7.Develop the quality training plan of the company in order to build quality awareness.
8.Collect, analyze the Key Process Indicators of the company, using appropriate methodologies and tools to analyse the system performance, then report the actions implemented to facilitate improvements
