General Responsibilities 主要工作职责
· Account Manager primary job is to maintain and develop cooperation with assigned House Accounts in Shanghai Commercial Support to retain and maximize the profitability in House Account. 客户经理的主要职责是负责维护和发展现有上海商务支持部门的House Account, 建立客户忠诚度并使公司利润***化。
· Keep a close dialogue with House Accounts and DSV network to smooth the daily cooperation and improve customer satisfaction with DSV. 通过与客户和得斯威内部同事间的密切联系,确保与客户间顺畅的日常合作并提高客户满意度。 · Prepare and conduct periodical review meeting (MBR or QBR) with House Accounts. Understand customer requirements and proactively engage DSV Network, Operations and Product Specialists, Trade Lane Managers to deliver a high quality service and secure & develop business. 定期组织与客户间的月度或季度合作回顾会议。确切理解客户要求,积极协调得斯威内部操作,同事产品专员,航线经理和海外同事,提供长期的优质服务并培养客户忠诚度和带动业务发展。
· Be responsible to achieve House Account KPI. 作为客户经理,肩负起达成相关KPI的使命。
· Take Account Owner roles, incl. but not limited to improve AR, commercial related decision, contract terms’ negotiation, credit application/extension, high data quality in CRM tool. 履行客户经理相关职责,包括并不限于:改善客户应收账款,与商务相关的决策,合同/信用额度的申请与延期,在公司客户关系管理系统中高质量的数据维护。
Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责
· Strong service mind and business acumen. 强烈的服务意识和商业头脑。
· Secure existing business by assuring reliability and increasing customer satisfaction. 确保现有业务的可持续性,提高客户满意度。
· Be able to increase share of wallet with existing customer and maintain existing business within House Accounts’ portfolio to achieve CM1 target. 能通过增加与客户的业务份额并维护好现有合作的基础上实现CM1目标。
· Create awareness of DSV within the customer’s organization, be able to build solid business relationship with customer’s key stakeholder in supply chain cooperation. 让客户更好地了解DSV,能与客户相关决策者建立牢固的业务关系以稳固合作并顺利开发业务。
· Driving process excellence across depts. to meet the client’s requirements, 带领优化跨国家和部门间的合作流程,更好完全满足客户的需求。
· Be responsible for generating and updating SOP & IOP to align customer expectations. Training DSV network for implementation. 基于客户的业务要求制作和更新SOP和IOP。负责得斯威跨部门间的培训,确保SOP和IOP在内部的贯彻执行以实现客户期望。
· Prepare and conduct periodical review meeting (MBR or QBR) with House Accounts. Understand customer requirements 定期组织与客户间的月度或季度合作回顾会议。确切理解客户要求。
· Work closely with DSV’s network and supporting teams to ensure delivering high quality of service, engage other internal departments to improve clients’ overall supply chain performance. 利用DSV资源和支持团队紧密合作,确保提供高质量的服务,与其他内部部门合作,提高客户的整体供应链绩效。
· Monitor whole WQ process with Ops to solve all kinds of WQ issue within deadline, escalate to higher management level if necessary. 与操作一起监控整个WQ流程,在规定的时间内解决各种WQ问题,必要时寻求更高的管理层帮助。
· Take Account Owner role, incl. and not limited to improve AR, commercial related decision, contract terms’ negotiation, credit application/extension, high data quality in CRM tool. 履行客户经理相关职责,包括并不限于:改善客户应收账款,与商务相关的决策,合同/信用额度的申请与延期,在公司客户关系管理系统中高质量的数据维护。
· Other tasks assigned by the Commercial Support Manager. 完成商务支持经理安排的其他工作和任务。
