职位描述
The main missions of the role are:
-Assist the Manager to formulate , perfect and perform Administrative Regualtions, work flows, business forms.
协助上级建立健全行政管理制度、工作流程、业务表单等,并贯彻执行。
-In charge of the plan of admin cost, control and monitor office cost, fulfill the administrative cost report.
负责办公费用的计划、办公成本的控制及监督、行政费用的报销、统计及报表。
-Implement the company’s administrative work, assist the Manager to establish and maintain the relationship with Administrative’s relationship.
执行公司行政外联工作,协助上级建立、维护好行政管理机构的行政关系。
-In charge of supplier management including updating the supplier contact list、following up the buyer to finishing renewing the contract with the supplier and archiving the contracts.
负责行政类供应商管理,更新供应商联络表、跟进采购续签并存档供应商合同。
-In charge of plant planning and the management of office environment.
负责工厂规划及办公环境管理。
-In charge of the management and report of the staff canteen, staff meal and staff meal card.
负责员工食堂、员工餐及员工餐卡管理;负责处理员工餐报表及费用结算。
-In charge of the management of company car、shuttle bus and company rental business car.
负责公司自有车辆、交通车以及公司商务租车管理。
-In charge of organizing, coordinating the company-level meeting, round-table meeting; Assist organizing and planing various kinds of employee activities, such as annual party, birthday party and employee travelling;
负责组织、协调公司层面会议、圆桌会议,协助组织策划年会、员工生日会、员工旅游等各类员工活动。
-In charge of department purchasing. In charge of company keys, department fixed assets, storage management.
-负责部门年度及日常采购。负责管理行政部门的固定资产、行政库房以及成都工厂钥匙管理;负责相关统计及报表。
-Coordinate and monitor administrative activities in reception area and conference room.
协调和监管接待区和会议室的行政活动。
-Applying Company magazine & newspaper & notice board management. In charge of file archiving.
负责公司报刊杂志以及宣传栏的管理。负责行政类文档存档管理。
-In charge of updating management weekly report to headquarter in German.
负责制作管理层周报表报德国总部。
-In charge of applying visa for company high-level management.
负责公司高层管理人员出国签证的办理事宜。
-Assistant HR function, for example: ER, Attendance,Recruitment etc.
协助HR模块,比如员工关系,考勤,招聘等。
-Fulfill other work assigned by the Manager.
完成上级交办的其它工作事项。
Basic requirement:
-Bachelor Degree, Major in English or business administration.
本科学历,英语专业或管理类专业
-Good command of English both in written and spoken.
良好的书面和口头英语表达能力
-Good command of PC skills, especially Microsoft office Software .
良好的计算机应用能力, 尤其擅长office 办公软件
-Good interpersonal communication skills.
良好的人际交往能力
-Optimization and prioritization of tasks.
