Basic Accountabilities基本职责:

1. Be responsible for food retail, cold room and C-store market research and development in Hong Kong, Macau and South China region (Greater Bay Area).

2. Explore Food retail, Cold room and C store & sub –contractor coordinator development & develop the short and long term food retail/cold room/C-store sales channel objectives and strategic plans to support Refrigeration sales strategy in Greater Bay Area from Mainland China.

3. Develop new food retail/cold room/C-store account to connect with China sales channels for future business

4. Visit key account to understand market requirement and plan for potential business model with Mainland China

5. Work with CR Asia and China market to execute assigned sales strategies

6. Attend monthly sales forecast & result reviews to align business requirements and strategies

7. Communicate and report the sales performance as needed from Greater Bay Area

Qualification Requirement任职资格:

1. Education& Certification教育背景和专业资格: Bachelor’s degree or above

2. Experience工作经验: 10+ years on Sales positions in multinational company experiences with solid sales expansion experiences

3. Computer Skills计算机水平: Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Sales related systems

4. Other Key Competencies其它核心能力要求：Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate complex business issues in a clear and concise manner. Strong personal integrity and passion. Fluent Mandarin and Cantonese speaking

5. Language语言能力：good English written and speaking skill
