Job Activities:

l Handle the inbound calls to address customer's request/inquires about the airline product.

l Activities include but not limited to flight schedule, fares, seat assignments, ticket refund and exchanges;

l Make reservation and promote airline products；

l Proceed the requests under system and follow up with passengers;

l Make outbound calls to passengers when the flight is changed or cancelled;

l Handle escalations.

Responsibilities:

l Provide highest level of services to customers and answer their enquiries;

l Proceed the request for customers in a timely manner and follow up;

l To support team leader to reach the target;

l Adherence to team's shift plan and compliant to the policy;

l Meet the individual’s targets including the attendance, AHT, Customer satisfaction, quality and etc;

l Maintain pleasant team environment;

l Perform tasks requested by supervisor or manager

Position requirements:

· Standard English, sweet voice and clear words description

· Good communication and expression；high passion in customer care and strong sense of service.

· Quick learner with high responsibility; careful and stable

· Quick action and ability in handling various urgent cases; capability working in high stress

· Good team work and shift work acceptable

· Skilled in Microsoft office

· English typing test is higher than 150

· College degree or above, experienced staffs in call center preferred.

Work location：# 9 Building, Software Park, Dalian

Working time：24*7
