Primary Goals:
Provide competitive quotation scheme
提供有竞争力的报价方案
Customer communication and relationship maintaining

Problem analysis and propose solution

Roles & Responsibilities:
Support Commercial team to Develop new customers, and maintain good relationship with current customers
支持商务团队开拓新客户,维持与现有客户的良好关系
Keep close communication with customer, understand customer needs and complaints, obtain competitors trends etc market information for team decision
与客户密切沟通,充分了解客户的需求,及时洞察客户的抱怨,挖掘竞争对手的动向,为团队决策提供市场信息
Responsible for quotations (new programs/ engineering changes/samples/service parts), accomplish contracts signature on time
负责系统报价(新项目/工程变更/样件/售后零件)并按时完成合同签订
Support program team find out VA/VE and localization cost reduction opportunities
配合项目团队持续寻找VA/VE和国产化降低产品成本的机会
Support year-over-year productivity negotiation
协助年度降价谈判
Support making and update yearly commercial budget
协助建立和更新年度商务预算
In Charge of Customer Refund Tooling Audit and refund management related work.
主导客户资产的审核及回款管理工作。
Support plants big on-going issues commercial negotiation with customers
协助工厂重大事件与客户的商务谈判
Education:
Bachelor degree, majored in English, mechanical, automobiles or other related filed is preferred
本科学历,英语专业,机械工程、汽车工程等相关专业优先
Required Skills and Experience:
Fluent English
英语流利
Fluently use office software including Power point/ Excel/Word
熟练使用Power point, Excel, Word等office软件
Easy going, good at interacting with people
性格外向,有亲和力,善于与人打交道
Be Enterprising, willing to accept challenging tasks.
有进取心,乐于接受有挑战的任务
work experience in related automotive part industry, related sales experience is preferred.
汽车零配件行业工作经验,有汽车零配件销售项目经验者优先
