工作职责

1. Work with product developing team to select controller IC for the company's SSD, UFS and eMMC products.

2. Lead technical spec alignment between supplier and the company to ensure success of product development .

3. Partner with external vendors & internal project teams to optimize product designs for function and manufacturability. Ensure hardware design meets function, performance, power requirement at production environment.

4. Manage SOC supplier product quality, including new IC vendor QSM audit, QPA audit, quality requirement alignment, change management, reactive trouble shooting and 8D/excursion review.

5. Standardize the company's technical requirement and test spec on controller SOC to meet cost and quality requirements.

任职资格

1. Bachelor degree and above major in engineering or science, MSEE preferred.

2. 5+ years (with master degree) or 7+ years(with bachelor degree) of working experience in product engineering, application engineering or design team of controller SOC product, memory controller is preferred.

3. Knowledge in eMMC, UFS, SSD hardware system. Hands-on experience of hardware design/simulation/validation is a plus.

4. Knowledge of standard interfaces (PCIE/SATA/DDR…) of memory product.

5. Strong data analytic skill with statistical knowledge.

6. Excellent communication and negotiation skill.
