Management Evolution Programme (MEP) Trainee

The Knorr-Bremse Group is the world's leading manufacturer of braking systems for rail and commercial vehicles. For more than 100 years now the company has pioneered the development, production, marketing and servicing of state-of-the-art braking systems. Other lines of business in the rail vehicle systems sector include automatic, electro-pneumatic or electric door systems, air conditioning systems, control components and windscreen wiper systems, as well as platform screen doors. In the commercial vehicle systems sector, the product range includes complete braking systems with driver assistance systems, as well as torsional vibration dampers and powertrain-related solutions such as the Pneumatic Booster System (PBS) and transmission control system for enhanced energy efficiency and fuel economy.

We are looking for engineering or engineering management graduates with an interest in business management who are:
? excellent Master’s degree or young professionals with 1-2 years of entry-level professional experience or
? recent graduates with 2-3 years of experience gained through various internships, equivalent work-study activities or doctorate work,
? with coursework in the following fields of study: mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, precision mechanics or automotive engineering,
? with clear potential for management development,
? with excellent exam results,
? at least 6 months of foreign experience and
? fluent English and basic knowledge in another language; German preferred

? 大学毕业生，积累了2至3年经验，已通过各种实习、类似的工读工作或攻读博士学位，
? 专业方向为机械制造，电工技术，机电，精密机械或汽车技术，
? 具备成为管理人员的突出潜质，
? 考试成绩优异，
? 具有最少6个月的国外工作经验以及
? 流利的英语，并掌握另一门外语的基础知识。

Knorr-Bremse CAFF Systems for Commercial Vehicles (Chongqing) Ltd. is a joint venture set up with Knorr-Bremse Brake System (Hong Kong) Co.
