Report to: Motor Vehicle Business Line Head
Leading a team: Key Account Managers
MTB Sales
The Role
In this key role you will be responsible for a team of key account managers and MTB sales engineers to drive the sales and marketing activities to these selected OEM's and MTB's. Develop account plans and drive activities in all their apartments to create a strong partnership. You will need to work closely together with the zone, marketing and segment managers to achive your targets.
Major responsibilities
- Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop the assigned accounts business strategy to achieve profitable growth in line with MVI business strategy
- Develop accounts plan to achieve yearly Key accounts target, implement it with virtual National KA team
- Support sales and sales manager to strengthen Key accounts customer high level relations for maximizing project hit rate
- Coordinate internal resource and process to develop and optimize total value added offer to customer
- Coach and develop KAMs and sales engineers with strategic partnership selling competence
- Work closely with Zone managers, marketing and segment team to drive Key accounts activities
- Communicate and interact with other customer centers for strategic partnership development and cross country projects
Candidate profile
Education
- University degree or above with engineering background
Experience
- At least 10 years sales experience in related segment.
- 5 years Team management experience and key account management experience.
- Proven track record in sales
- Experience in successfully leading a sales team and proven track in key account business
- Experience in Industrial field
