Daily operation for Learning Management System. Fully understanding our stakeholder’s business needs and conduct related configuration; and deliver business solution to development team and ensure the developed outcome aligns with stakeholder’s expectation.

Responsibilities:

1. Information System Management

Take responsibility to maintain Internal Information System (mainly focus on Learning Management System), including configuration and troubleshooting. Make sure the system run smoothly and can support our business needs.

   2.Requirement Management

Support the preparation and participation in requirements gathering workshops for ReSource Pro’s technical projects. Take the responsibility to document requirement and deliver to Development team.

    3.Solution Proposal

Work in collaboration with the various Technology internal teams (Software Architects, Database Administrators, Developers, and management team), with guidance from the other Business Analysts, to help guide the stakeholder to a solution that will meet the requirements, under the mentorship of senior staff.

    4.Project Implementation

Provide support to the project team to implement development project following standard project management process.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Major in information technology or related field. (Preferred)
3. 1-2 years of working experience with information system management or technology consulting.
4. Good written and oral communication skills
5. Ability to manage and prioritize one’s own activities with competing internal and client requests.
6. Basic knowledge of enterprise application, development concepts, database structures and system integration principles.
7. Good analytical mind and structured approach to problem solving.
8. A quick learner for new knowledge.
