岗位职责/responsibility：

1、合理调配和使用资金，监督各项资金的运行，优化资金结构提高资金的使用效率Reasonable allocation and use of funds, supervision of the operation of funds, optimize the structure of funds to

improve the use of funds efficiency；

2、处理外贸财务事宜，填写外贸报关及相关资料；

Handle foreign trade financial affairs, fill in foreign trade declaration and related information；

3、组织制定、完善、实施公司财务管理制度及工作流程，按公司的财务管理制度，进行财务管理；Organize the formulation, improvement and implementation of the company's financial management system

and work process, according to the company's financial management system, financial management;

4、组织制定、审核、上报公司年度预算，并监控预算的执行情况，控制经营成本；Organize to formulate, review and report the annual budget of the company, monitor the implementation of

5、负责协调公司与财政、税务、银行等部门的业务关系；

6、负责财务系统团队建设及下属人员的考核;

7、完成上级领导交办的其他临时性工作。

任职资格/qualifications：

1、年龄25-40周岁；

Ages 25-40 years old;

2、财务类本科以上学历，高级会计师或注册会计师优先；

Bachelor degree or above in finance, senior accountant or certified public accountant preferred;

3、3年以上相关工作经验，1年以上大型企业、高管及上市工作经验；有医疗器械企业财务高管工作经验者优先考虑；

At least 3 years relevant working experience, at least 1 year working experience in large enterprises, senior

executives and listed companies; Working experience as a financial executive in a medical device company is preferred;

4、熟悉金融法律法规，银行、证券、基金等行业的业务运作，具有良好的管理意识及对经济趋势的前瞻能力及职业操守；

Familiar with financial laws and regulations, banking, securities, fund and other industries business operation,

good sense of management, forward-looking ability of economic trends and professional ethics;

5、具有较强的沟通协调能力、谈判能力、应变能力以及商业风险评估分析和控制能力。有较强的文字处理能力、语言表达能力以及数据分析能力；

Strong communication and coordination ability, negotiation ability, contingency ability, business risk assessment,

analysis and control ability. Strong word processing, language expression and data analysis skills;

6、英文阅读无压力，英语四级或六级证书者优先；

English reading without pressure, Cet-4 or CET-6 certificate is preferred;

7、良好的敬业精神和职业道德操守。
