Responsible for the Financial activities and accurate timely reporting of Haygrove Shanghai. Supporting the line manager in China and UK Group Finance Director on reporting, planning and financial decision making for the business. Support the establishment of future Haygrove business activities in China through financial operations and Government relationships.

Key Responsibilities 工作职责

General Ledger Accounting总账会计

• Preparation of journal entries and monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements/reports timely and accurately in accordance with local GAAP and UK GAAP. 及时有效的行程财务报表
  
• Assist in the internal/external annual audit process toensure efficient and timely filing of all statutory reporting obligations. 协助公司内外部财务审计活动
• Booking of AP invoices and verifying all invoices for payment, ensuring expenditures are charged to appropriate accounts and releases payments. Clearing reconciliation of AP and GL account balances.

• Tax filing/return, VAT invoice check and issuing. VAT forecasting and planning of supplier payments vs AR collection to ensure an optimal VAT position each month.

• Review payment requests and staff expense claims against Corporate Policy / Budget / accounting policy, ensure the accountant control in place.

• Account reconciliation with customers. 与客户对账
  
• Corporate tax planning and forecasting.税务计划及预算
• Cost posting and variance analysis vs budget and forecast.成本核算和差异分析与预算和预测。

• Daily management and responsibility for NAV. 日常系统数据录入Navision

Management Accounts 管理财务

• Ensure that accounting records are maintained in line with Haygrove policies and local legislation.

• Prepare month end and year end files to ensure adequate company financial records.

• Ensure that all balance sheet and bank accounts are reconciled monthly. 确保所有月度资产负债表及银行账目按时完成

• To attend weekly management meetings and feedback to managers. 参加月度管理会议并汇报给经理
• Coordinate and assist Managers in preparation of annual budget. 配合及协助管理层编制年度预算

• To represent the Group Finance Director in China where local representation is required. 在需要时，在中国当地代表全球财务总监处理业务。

• University degree, major in Finance, Accounting.
• 3-5 years GL relevant experience in MNC & Familiar with IFRS and China GAAP.
  
• Work experience in a foreign trading company is preferred.
  
• Fluent English is preferred.
• Experience in Navision (Navision set-up and maintenance) is preferred.
  

A good working knowledge of ERPsystems.

• Professional certification is preferred. Part qualified & studying towards a Professional accounting qualification (CMA, CPA or equivalent) is preferred. 财务中级职称或者其他相关证书优先考虑
